Terms of Service

By using Stowra at stowra.app, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

Stowra provides an AI-powered service combining chat, image, and video capabilities for home and moving visualization. Features may change.

Stowra is the trading name for an AI-powered home-visualization service operated by QNQ LOGISTICS LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Companies House No. 14519367) at 9 Pinnels Road, NN8 6BF, United Kingdom.

QNQ LOGISTICS LTD was originally registered for road freight in 2022. In 2026 the company pivoted to focus exclusively on AI-powered home visualization. We do not transport goods, operate a moving service, or offer any logistics service today. The legal entity name is retained for continuity at Companies House and on banking records.

Subscriptions and credit packs are digital products. By subscribing or purchasing a credit pack you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery under Regulation 36(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal under Regulation 28 is lost for any portion of the service already supplied. See the Refund Policy for what is and isn't refundable.

• You must be 13 or older. Users 13–17 must have guardian consent.
• You are responsible for account security.
• One account per person; no account sharing or resale.

• Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
• Credits included in a subscription reset monthly and do not roll over.
• Purchased credit packs remain valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Credits are service usage units, not currency; non-transferable, and non-refundable once consumed.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

• We own the Service, our branding, and all underlying technology.
• You retain ownership of content you upload.
• You own AI outputs you generate, subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and deliver outputs (see Content License).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime in account settings.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, QNQ LOGISTICS LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at QNQ LOGISTICS LTD's registered jurisdiction (England and Wales), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
