• Account data: email, password (hashed), display name.
• Billing data: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
• Content data: text prompts, uploaded images, uploaded floor plans, and AI-generated outputs.
• Technical data: IP address, device, browser, cookies, usage logs.

• Provide and improve the Service.
• Process payments through Stripe.
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and illegal use.
• Communicate about your account.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

Your content is not used to train third-party foundation models by default. We may use anonymized and aggregated signals to improve service quality. You can opt out of any internal training use in account settings.

• Account data: until account deletion.
• Content data: 30 days unless you save it to your account or delete earlier.
• Billing records: 7 years (tax compliance).
• Logs: 90 days.

If you are in the EEA, UK (GDPR), or California (CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, and restrict processing of your data, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Contact support@qnqlogistics.com to exercise these rights.

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries. We use Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

The Service is not intended for users under 13. Users aged 13–17 must have guardian consent.

We will notify registered users of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
