Refund Policy

Digital Delivery & Your Right to Cancel
Stowra subscriptions and credit packs are digital services and digital content under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. When you purchase a subscription or credit pack, you authorise Stowra to begin digital delivery immediately. By clicking "Subscribe" or "Buy pack" at checkout, you:
- Acknowledge that the service starts at once: monthly credits and features are made available to your account immediately.
- Expressly consent to immediate performance under Regulation 36(1)(b).
- Acknowledge that, to the extent the service is performed during the 14-day cancellation period, your right of withdrawal under Regulation 28 is lost for the portion already supplied.
What this means in plain English:
- Subscriptions: cancel anytime in the Billing Portal. We do not refund the portion of a billing period you've already had access to.
- Credit packs: already-consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credit balance from a pack is refundable within 14 days of purchase as a goodwill policy that exceeds the statutory minimum.
- Generated outputs: AI outputs (mood boards, walkthroughs, packing guides) are delivered the moment they render. Their cost in credits is final once the render starts.
EU and UK consumers retain all statutory rights that cannot be waived by these terms.
Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime in the Billing Portal.
- After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Credit Packs
- Unused credits from a purchased pack are refundable within 14 days of purchase.
- Consumed credits are non-refundable.
Bonus / Granted Credits
Credits granted free (promotions, referrals, goodwill compensation) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
AI Output Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with AI output quality, contact support@qnqlogistics.com. At our discretion we may re-run the generation or grant compensatory credits. We do not offer unconditional refunds for AI outputs.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@qnqlogistics.com with:
- Account email
- Order ID or charge date
- Reason for refund
We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Disputes
Please contact support before opening a payment dispute. Disputes filed without prior contact may lead to account suspension pending investigation.
